It’s July 18th which means it is National Listening Day. Yes, it’s a real thing, you can look it up. National Listening Day was created by the World Listening Project to get people to quiet down for a day and take the time to listen. While the original intention was for people to listen to the sounds of nature and the environment around them many people have expanded the utility of the day into other areas. At We Care Plumbing, Heating, & Air we pride ourselves on listening to our valued customers whose feedback helps us improve our service, product offerings, and the ways that we interact with our community. While it is common for companies to say that they value the feedback of their customers, we have gone as far as to create our own customer survey platform to give our customers even more of a voice within our company.

The voice of our customers has shaped every aspect of our company and has inspired us to expand our service offerings beyond HVAC.
