I have only worked here for 4 days, but I can say it’s a very enjoyable place to work. The people are really nice and friendly. I love walking into the building in the morning and no one being too busy to say “Good Morning”. Working for We Care has been a great experience from the very beginning. From the very first group meeting we had I felt as if I was a part of a family rather than a large company. Everyone knows the feeling of dreaded getting up in the morning to go to work. I used to feel like that too! Then I started at We Care Heating and Air, now I look forward to my day at work. Although I have been in the industry for almost 8 years now, I just recently joined the team at We Care. I can without a doubt say this is the most positive and caring company I have worked for.
