Such a great experience. We had them come in and maintain our aging AC. They gave it a tune up but indicated we should consider a replacement. They were very educational and patient. We did not feel pressured. We had our entire unit replaced and their workmanship was great. I would highly recommend them.

From Melanie in the office (who squeezed me in the next day) to the plumber Brian it was a pleasure... said my sump pump was working fine. However, after all the rains, we discussed replacing it in the summer (and cleaning the basin from debri,) as it's over 10 years old. My house call fee of $78 will apply to the future appt. ; he'll email me the estimate tomorrow. But now I don't have to worry... the different noise I was hearing was because of the volume of water we've been getting here in San Diego. My husband recently passed, so it was nice to be able to rely on them and not worry....more rain on the way.
Ronni is well trained and knows the Plumbing Codes. I had service done on our hot water heater. He inspected all fixtures and advised me what to watch for with connections. I did not have a plumbing problem. Preventative maintenance is the key. Well done. He's a good plumber, service technician.
We care representative Grant Lewis was very professional and courteous, explained the system thoroughly, and the installer crew headed by Raul were very courteous, they wore shoe covering and laid a protective barrier on the flooring and also cleaned up after they were done, they work so fast and efficiently they tested the system and so far we are happy , it operate so quietly, and the temperature in our house is comfortable, not too cold and not so warm either, too early to tell if we’re going to have any issues in the future since our HVAC system just got installed today! Over all we are happy!

I was having problems with a mini split system at home . I called We Care they sent out Mr. Arthur Bell to do the service . He was on time , respectful with my property, knowledgeable and he did a great job and had the system up and running properly . 👍 that’s how business should be done .thanks
The folks at We Care are exceptional in their customer service, timely in their communications, and thorough in their work. Josh Sandavol recently completed a job fixing our pressure regulator to our home that was running at double the normal pressure. He then installed a Flow Trac device that would reduce the hard water to our home. He knew exactly what the issue was, educated us on what needed to change without making me feel pressured for installation.Additionally, Josh Diaz and Edgar performed an HVAC check up a week later. They too did a thorough job in their assessment, identified opportunities for improvements on the HVAC system and had a friendly attitude throughout the process.Lastly, the ladies from We Care who are in charge of the scheduling are always pleasant to work with. They go out of their way to ensure that the scheduled appointments are accurate and that the technicians arrive on schedule.
We Care came out yesterday to fix our furnace. Three different parts needed to be replaced. The following night we were having issues again, so they sent out another tech named Tyler. Tyler came for about 3 hours and took apart other parts of the furnace which were still good but need to be badly cleaned. Tyler did an outstanding job and We Care ended up waiving the service call, which I found to be very professional on their part, and which of course I greatly appreciated. Happy to have had Tyler to finish up the job. I would highly recommend We Care and ask for Tyler as your service tech.

Great customer service throughout entire process. I called earlier in the week to see if a technician would be available to unclog a shower drain and was scheduled with my next availability. Our technician arrived on time and successfully unclogged the drain. He explained the service warranty included. So far all good. Thank you all at We Care. I would highly recommend We Care service and would return for service if needed.

I was very pleased with the entire process, we first saw the promo from Costco, and we made an appointment, the process to buy and install was rather seamless, the sales person Brian and the installers Nicolas were very mindful and respectful , the process was explained in detail, we are very pleased 😀
Mr. Andrew Spriggs, the service technician is the most courteous, honest, knowledgeable and thorough in his operations. He knows the air/ heating system , and followed his supervisor’s instructions to handle our case. He is to be commented and I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs help in their air/heat system.
Again, We Care definitely lives up to their name. Called their service department because I was getting an urgent notice on my thermostat.In no time at all, Technician Trey looked over the system, identified the issue, and we have heat again!Trey took the time to really explain what the problem was, and also set up a return visit to seal a leaky vent. The cost for all this was minimal because we had the foresight (luck) to have a good service agreement with We Care, something I highly recommend. As with the previous services, we are very happy and so glad that we chose We Care...thank you again, Trey, for your, knowledge, skill, and kind thoughtfulness that helps make We Care a great blessing to us.
My drip pan was accumulating water and was at risk of overflowing into attic. WC professional found the clogged drain in a lower floor sink and cleared the clogged portion. Then reset the overflow sensor to protect the home. They asked if they could come over a week earlier than my internet appointment. That suited me well. Comm was accurate and timely. The price was high value for problems avoided. Five stars on all aspects of the job.

Provided excellent service. Called prior to appointment and when he arrived was clear informing us of the projected service. Completed work, left area clear of debris. At the end, gave us time for questions, and provided an estimate of future work requested. Overall work was completed and personal approach was professional and respectful.
Though a demanding schedule was needed for this effort (2 hrs allowed when a 4 hr. window was quoted by We Care, Jason came and performed the work on our heating system as required. Our tenant called to report a plumbing leak and within a few hours we Care sent Joseph panino to take care of the issue. The front office were very efficient and professional all the way down to the technician and fixed the problem. We're pleased with their service and their responsiveness but they are a little pricey
We became acquainted with We Care after purchasing a new air conditioning system through Costco 3 years ago, when our 32 year old system ‘died’. They were excellent to work with. They are professionals who show up on time, and do quality work. We chose to ‘stay with them’ and they provide us with regular maintenance and checkups. My home is 35 years old, now, so it needs a little bit of maintenance. NEIL, our plumber, photographed and discussed the normal wear and tear on faucets, pipes and hoses, in detail, helped me prioritize repairs most critical (so I wouldn’t feel compelled to do it all at once), and possible financing options. HE DID NOT RUSH AND BLOW THROUGH, but took time to give my home a thorough check-up. I have been VERY HAPPY WITH WE CARE’S SERVICES, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
Received the furnace inspection today and the service tech Jacob Tauala was very courteous, polite and helpful in every aspect of the inspection. Jacob informed me of the inspection and displayed the photos taken of the furnace. Jacob later sent the photos to my email for my own records. Michael was very informative and took his time checking out our heater. We had him out for a tuneup/inspection, but will call them again when we need any help or replacement. I would certainly recommend this company to neighbors.
My technician, Andrew Spriggs, was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and any recommendations. I told him my concerns about our systems and he assured me he would inspect my systems to answer those concerns.After inspecting our systems, Andrew explained what was right and wrong with our systems and the future cost of repairs. He didn't try to up sell me on additional accessories for my systems, only recommendations. I feel he went above and beyond with our service.I give the office staff, however, a much lower rating. Initially somebody called in early November to schedule our service appointment. My wife asked if we can be called back since we were out of town and unable to schedule at that time. The office rep told my wife that we would have to call back when we returned, as that was only a courtesy call. This was unusual because we have been a service members for many years and have had followup calls several times without question. After two months we did recieve a followup call for service scheduling.Secondly, when Andrew arrived and explained what he would be doing, he didn't know we had two units. He showed me his work order and explained the office staff prepares the service orders. There was only one unit listed. Also when he was finished, I asked him if he was going to change our air filters. Again he showed me his service order that listed air filters as "unknown".Andrew viewed my custumer history and it clearly stated that we had two systems and two air filters. Andrew did replace one filter but didn't have one for the second unit.Andrew apologized for the service order confusion and would bring it to the attention of the manager in charge of that department.This may seem petty to some reading this review, but customer service is very important to us. The customer expects their service technician to be fully informed on what he/she will be doing by whom ever is responsible for completing the service order prior to arriving at the customer's home.
The technician Jacob was knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained what he saw and options for future improvements if I was interested, but didn’t try to pressure sell anything. I would recommend him and WC heating and air.
Andrew was great, and was very helpful today. We Care also instead my my whole system AC, heater and duct-work about 6 years ago. I have not had any problem with it. I would highly recommend them. Great job guys.Marlene Widell

We needed quick response as our A/C had pretty much gone kaput suddenly. The next day after a phone call with a very polite lady, a representative, Nate Tass, came out to the house. He was very professional, very polite, extremely knowledgeble and not just about HVAC, but about everything related to heating, cooling, design and engineering. He was clearly not just a salesman. He went over all our options with us, which things are worth it and which things would cost more and of course give a benefit, but we had to decide if the extra cost was worth it. No pressure on any particular sale at all. Went over the benefits and history of the company We Care as well. Very impressive, and an apt name for the work they seem to do. I needed someone as quickly as possible and was happy Jose could make it the same day. It being a Saturday the replacement hot water tank was not available till the following Monday but Jose was able to remove the old leaking tank and at least get me cold water throughout the house.He returned promptly on Monday to complete the job which was very neat and tidy. I am pleased with the overall service. I thought the cost a little expensive but considering the call out was Saturday plus he returned on Monday together with the fact that the tank is good quality I was happy to pay a little more.

We Care was prompt and the two technicians were knowledgeable and worked steadily all day. Eric took time to explain the system to us and was patient with us while we set up our thermostat. Our home involved a very complicated installation. We had a 12-year-old water heater inside the house that was removed and replaced by a tankless water heater outside. We had a 1979 furnace in the downstairs room with floor vents that was removed and replaced with a furnace and purification system in the attic with new registers, returns, & ducts. We replaced a 15 year old A/C unit that had to be routed to the attic where the new furnace and purification system were installed. Additionally, we wanted three distinct zones that could be controlled separately. Each zone can be controlled on digital panels or on our phone. This is an amazing system! This job could not have been done by anyone other than these professionals. I want to thank Broc, Raymond, Brad, Jesse, and the whole We Care Plumbing Heating & Air team! It was a team effort and they did an amazing job!
