Each year, Lennox presents the coveted Circle of Excellence Award to 45 high-performing Dealers across North America. These noteworthy Dealers are well-respected in the industry and represent the Lennox brand well in their communities. These Dealers win their customers through the delivery of exceptional customer service and the highest quality installations. They exhibit effective business practices, consistent sales growth, and execute at the highest level every day. Lennox is honored to recognize these dealers as part of the Circle of Excellence. 
We Care Plumbing, Heating, & Air is the only Southern California Residential Contractor to have earned this honor. As the leading organization of quality indoor environment contractors, ACCA awards programs are the most prestigious in the industry as they truly recognize “the best of the best.” To be considered for this award, all eligible contractors must exceed national standards by offering the breakthrough performance and high-quality results. Each year they recognize one Residential Contractor as the year’s top company out of 60,000 members across the United States.
SCE presents this award to contractors that perform the highest quality installations in compliance with their Energy Star Quality Installation Program. The program ensures that air conditioning systems are properly installed using only NATE-certified contractors. Only a select few contractors are skilled enough to meet all of SCE’s stringent program requirements. We are proud to be one of those select few and delighted at being recognized as the number one contractor within that group.

Each year, we honor the top-performing Dealer in each sales district for their sales and engagement with the iComfort thermostat family of products and consumer interface. We’ve received the Dave Lennox Partner of the Year Award for over 10 years! Unlike other awards that can be won by multiple companies, only one company in each district can be named Partner of the Year.
In order to win this award, we had to demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and be active in the community, in addition to managing a current account and supporting the training and development programs at Lennox.
