The HERO Program allows us to offer our customers an innovative way to finance energy-efficient home upgrades, including Central Air Conditioning Replacement, and local governments partner with We Care Plumbing, Heating, & Air via the HERO program to make it possible. Approval is not based on credit scores and the payments are made through your property taxes, bringing tax-deductible benefits, and the balance can legally stay with the property should you sell or refinance.
This innovative program can only be used to finance upgrades that are deemed energy efficient by the U.S. Department of Energy. All HERO-eligible products meet or exceed state efficiency standards. Additionally, as a HERO Registered Contractor, We Care Plumbing, Heating, & Air must meet and maintain high standards.
