ACCA Names [company_name] 2014 Residential Contractor Of The Year
ACCA, the nation’s largest association of indoor environmental systems professionals, has named [company_name] – [company_name] in Murrieta, California, its 2014 Residential Contractor of the Year.
“Each year many of the best residential contractors in the industry apply for this award, and share the unique business practices that make them so successful,” said Paul T. Stalknecht, ACCA president and CEO. “It is always a difficult decision for our panel of judges to choose who they consider the ‘best of the best from the group. This year’s winner, [company_name], is an extremely deserving company that truly exemplifies the qualities that all of the best companies in the industry share.”
[company_name] will be presented the Residential Contractor of the Year award on March 17 at the opening MainStage of ACCA 2014 in Nashville, Tennessee.
[company_name]’s dedication to quality installations (QI) and providing their customers with the comfort they both want and deserve, helped push them to the top spot among this year’s finalists.
The company, which opened in 2000, has seen rapid, but sustainable growth every year since 2007. They credit their double-digit growth each year to following ACCA’s QI standard, becoming Quality Assured (QA) accredited, and having a team that is well-trained and focused on doing what is best for the customers. To remain competitive in their market, they have taken training for their team beyond just sales, technical skills, and customer service to a full-blown career development program that encourages everyone on the team to not only grow professionally but also personally.
“Receiving the award makes me speechless,” said Rusty Cochran, owner. “What an honor this award truly is for our company. Our team has worked so hard with all the growth we have had over the past couple of years and the ACCA Residential Contractor of the Year award justifies all of our efforts.”
