*Based on maintaining a continual VIP annual membership, and with maintenance visits performed consistently. 
**Standard 1″ filters will be made available to VIP Club Members every 3 months for the lifetime of your membership. Please call to schedule an appointment at our Murrieta showroom to pick up your filters. We can also ship filters directly to your home for a additional cost. Lifetime Warranty on all Repairs – On Replacement Parts. As long as VIP Membership stays current, all repairs will receive a lifetime warranty. If at any time ya VIP Membership is cancelled, the warranty reverts back to a 365 day from installation warranty. VIP warranty does not include Thermostats, Compressors or Heat Exchangers
***Cumulative membership fee applied to new systems up to 5% of sales price.
****Tankless water heater maintenance requires a different process to  ush and descale the heat exchanger. $5/month OR $60/yr. per tankless water heater
